We have been asked a few times by puppy breeders why don’t we do our I.D.Me Velcro collars to match the Trixie collars as many Breeders like to start with the Velcro collars from birth and then move on to using the quick release collars on their puppies as they get older and more active – We have took this on board and are now adding the option of these in the drop down above. Why Identify puppies from birth? All of the most experienced and conscientious breeders identify infant animals from birth. This allows weight charts, medication; worming records to be kept in a very simple manner. Should a puppy / kitten fail to gain or start to loose weight, this can be the first signs of something wrong and that intervention may be needed. Trixie nylon collars are Ideal for the older litter, (from 1 to 2 weeks depending on breed size) fully adjustable with a quick release buckle and with puppy weight chart with each collar.
I.D.Me velcro collars can be used from birth then changed to trixie later on.
