The cord Clamps are not to be kept on puppies/kittens they are for for a short time only until bleeding has stopped 1 x Stethoscope – Listen to fetal heartbeats later on in pregnancy (This gets our children involved) and used to check for heartbeat on lifeless new born puppies or kittens.
