Our Medical SOS ID Dog Tags are made of hard wearing but light weight colourful anodised aluminium.

You will receive two tags and a Stainless Steel ball chain. The front of the main tag will be engraved with the internationally recognised medical symbol and the word Epileptic.

The second tag is blank and can be used for your details,
