Orijen
Orijen’s natural pet food is made using fresh, local ingredients. The evolution of dogs and cats is taken into account when selecting the ingredients. Historically, their food consisted of fresh meat and was rich in protein. The ingredients are locally sourced (Alberta, Canada). Orijen Biologically Appropriate is prepared with ingredients that are derived of 80% meat and fish and 20% vegetables, fruit and herbs. It does not contain grains, potatoes, beet pulp or other ingredients.

Biologically Appropriate
Biologically Appropriate animal food consists of nearly 100% fresh ingredients. The contents are adapted to the animal’s natural requirements. Another facet of Biologically Appropriate is that the food is adapted to suit the animal’s digestive system. This is why the products are grain-free, free of aromas, colourings, flavourings and other additives, GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and antibiotics.
