What if feeder runs out of food?
Home-Neat Pet Automatic Feeder has special sensors. If there no food in the bucket, You will receive the message on your mobile device so you know it’s time to refill the feeder. The same message will be sent if the food gets stuck or if there is too much food in trey.

What if I wanna feed the pet manually
Home-Neat Pet Automatic Feeder has two operation options, Manual and Automatic. Just Long Press the “Up” Button, the food would pour out till you loose the button.
