Coconut oil is great for our pets, as it is a rich source of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs). Many of these MCTs consist of lauric acid, which is also found in a mother’s milk. There are so many ways which coconut oil can be used on our animals, from boosting digestion, lessening doggy odours, cleaning ears, aiding with weight loss, treating hot spots and skin complaints and promoting a lustrous glossy coat.
